Be sure to arrive early so you have time to purchase Tickets in our raffles and draws. Past prizes have been Paddle Boards, booze baskets, gift card packages, jewelEry, home décor and much, much more.
Please fill in all the area's of the form for either a single player, team of 2 or team of 4. And if you enter as a team, make one payment for your team please.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, etransfer or credit card.
If you would like to pay by credit card, you will receive an emailed invoice with a link to pay within 24 hours of submitting your registration.
