2025 Golf Registration Form

Golf Prices:
Members $155 and Non-Members are $165

Raffles & Prizes:
Be sure to arrive early so you have time to purchase Tickets in our raffles and draws. Past prizes have been Paddle Boards, booze baskets, gift card packages, jewelry, home décor and much, much more. Tickets are $20 for 25 tickets and you will receive them with your registration package when you check in. Raffle tickets will also be available the day of too.
 
Please fill in all the area's of the form for either a single player, team of 2  or team of 4. And if you enter as a team, make one payment for your team please. 
 

Golf Registration Form

  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque, etransfer or credit card.

  • You will receive an invoice confirming your registration within 72 hours of submitting.

  • If you enter as a team, please make one payment for your team.

  • If you would like to pay by credit card, you will receive an emailed invoice with a link to pay within 72 hours of submitting your registration.

  • Etransfers can be sent to weyburnoilwomen@gmail.com .  It is set up as auto deposit but if you need to set a password please use Weyburn as the password

**CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than 15 days prior:

    • Fully refunded less $50.

    • Can be transferred to a new registration at no fee subject to the original registrant’s choices.

    • Should no replacement be found, the golfer will still receive a golfer gift. 

  • Less than 15 days prior

    • No refund guaranteed

    • Partial refund on green fees may be allowed based on timing 

    • Can be transferred to a new registrant at no fee, subject to the original registrant’s choices. 

    • If there is no replacement and no refund, the golfer will still receive a golfer gift.
