History of Weyburn Oilwomen's Association
In 2008 a group of women got together to host a sister event for the Weyburn OTS Oilmen’s golf tournament. After 10 successful years of hosting this golf tournament, we decided to start a 10 Months of Giving campaign leading up to the 2017 golf tournament and a Dueling Pianos event to celebrate this milestone. This spurred a growth in our organization and we began to expand our mandate into more regular events and increase our community outreach. We have opened our membership to all females in the community who want to make a difference and restructured our organization and outlook. As we continue to evolve into a service club, we hope the reach of the Weyburn Oilwomen will leave a long-lasting impression in the community.
