2022 Golf Registration Form

Golf Prices:
Members $125 and Non Members are $135

Raffle Tickets:
You can now pre-purchase your raffle tickets and save time in the morning rush lineup! Past prizes have been Paddle Boards, booze baskets, gift card packages, jewelry, home décor and much, much more. Tickets are $20 for 25 tickets and you will receive them with your registration package when you check in. Raffle tickets will also be available the day of too.
 
Please fill in all the area's of the form for either a single player, team of 2  or team of 4. And if you enter as a team, make one payment for your team please.

  • You will receive an invoice confirming your registration within 24 hours of submitting.

  • If you enter as a team, please make one payment for your team.

  • If you would like to pay by credit card, you will receive an emailed invoice with a link to pay within 24 hours of submitting your registration.

  • Etransfers can be sent to weyburnoilwomen@gmail.com with Weyburn as the password
